At Easen Care, we want your shopping experience to be calm, comfortable, and worry-free.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start the process, please contact us at support@easen.care, and we’ll provide simple instructions for returning your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • clean, unused, and in original condition;
  • in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Return Shipping

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
  • If you are returning an item for personal reasons (changed mind, size issue, or not as expected), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items marked as “non-returnable”, as well as:

  • personal use or hygiene items (such as pillows, sleep masks, or massagers, if the packaging has been opened);
  • custom or made-to-order products.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order.
This allows us to process your request faster and ensure the product you need is available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 2–5 business days to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before shipment by contacting support@easen.care.
A processing fee of up to 3% may apply.
Once the order has shipped, it can be returned according to this policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, please contact us.
We’ll assist with the carrier’s investigation, but Easen Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
